"Ive had state farm for 22 years and ive never been treated so badly. 1 claim and canceled. Removed from towing program because we actually used it more than once when no limit is stated. It's almost insulting to not call this a scam. Wouldn't even hear of us adding a supplemental claim when our boiler went out in the middle of winter in a house with 4 kids. This is what you get from state farm now. I trust my kids more on epstein island than I trust this office with insurance"
